Surface variances and round part marking, using Microdot unit, are addressed effectively without the need to move part or marker. (Stylus can adjust for up to 12mm variance)
Microdot marking of metal surfaces at required depth as determined prior to operations, such as sandblasting galvanizing, painting etc., and to be able to achieve good legible marks. (over 1mm mark depth possible in steel)
Microdot stylus extension and radial programming allow avoidance of problematic obstacles while part marking.
Scriber marking of hollow metal part shown with sound level meter results, while producing a quality mark.
Flat and curved surface marking of parts using a portable Microdot unit with adjustable standoff bracket and trigger attached.
Microdot marker producing shapes, diagrams, logos, symbols and True Type fonts.
Microdot marking example of Human Readable code and 2D Matrix code; also showing the programming process used and camera read results.
Marking nylon, polycarbonate, rubber and plastic samples with Microdot marking machine, showing the quality of marks possible on unusual materials.
Cylindrical part of 50 lbs. (or more) are marked around the circumference utilizing a RMU W axis rotary actuator with pneumatically operated chuck. The BRAIN controller synchronizes multi-axis movement to mark quality HD characters, digits, diagrams and logos.
Select program and load marking text using a standard barcode reader. Motorized Z axis adjusts to ideal part-to-stylus marking heights.
Scribe marking on the circumference of cylindrical parts is accomplished by synchronizing the W axis rotary actuator with the motorized Z axis device. This 4-axis method results in HD engraved characters, logos, and diagrams.
Example of how easy and how powerful the RMU ZEUS CAD software is for programming. In real time, the video demonstrates how quickly a program can be created and edited and a part marked.
The Fionda provides high speed Microdot marking without sacrificing quality of the mark. The light, compact marking head allows easy integration into either existing or new production lines.
RMU's Evolution Fiber Lasers are built to satisfy demanding marking requirements from basic to advanced industrial applications. Variable system configurations allow marking of various materials, shapes and sizes including on highly reflective surfaces.
Part Marking Simplified. Low cost bench top marker with keypad input and operation offers a solution for manual, low volume basic marking requirements. No PC, complex programming or air supply required to create quality marks on your parts.
RMU model T1 marker, dedicated to mark nameplates and tags, utilizes Zeus CAD Software to compose and mark logos, diagrams, text boxes, as well as alphanumeric characters in true type fonts and more.
RMU’s Standard controller for Microdot and Scribe series marking systems utilizes an Industrial touch screen to enhance programming. This compact 7” bright touch screen interface allows for quick and easy programming that can be password protected.
